Work on
what matters.

Mission-driven deep-tech is rare. A chance to build the diagnostic technology that could put trustworthy healthcare within reach of every human — starting with the hardest, most underserved populations on earth — is rarer still. We are a small team, early-stage, working on problems at the intersection of physics, biology, engineering, materials science, and AI.

Reasons people
stay.

01

Real impact

Your work directly shapes whether millions of people get access to the diagnostic answers they need. This isn't health-tech optimising an already-served market — it's building the infrastructure from scratch for the people healthcare forgot.

02

Frontier technology

Multi-modal sensing, reagent-free measurement, edge AI, biodegradable polymer engineering, intelligent microfluidics — the science is genuinely at the frontier, and you will work on problems that don't yet have standard solutions.

03

Ownership

Small team means real responsibility. You will own complete systems, make decisions that ship, and see the direct connection between your work and the product.

04

India-built, world-facing

Headquartered in Bihar and New Delhi — rooted in the communities we build for, connected to the global diagnostic-science landscape. This is Indian deep-tech built to matter on the world stage.

Hard problems. Good people.

A week at BIQADX might involve designing a microfluidic channel geometry on Monday, testing a biodegradable polymer formulation on Tuesday, debugging an edge-inference pipeline on Wednesday, drafting a patent claim on Thursday, and presenting to an investor on Friday.

The team is small enough that you will wear more hats than your job title suggests — and that is the point. We work with intensity, but not performatively. We value output over hours, clarity over jargon, and honesty over optimism. If something does not work, we say so — and then we figure out why.

Hard problems, good people, real stakes.

A short, honest
process.

01

Conversation

We start with a real conversation about the work and what you care about — not a quiz.

02

Show your craft

A focused exercise or portfolio review rooted in the actual problems you'd help solve.

03

Meet the team

Meet the people you'd build with, and decide together if it's right.

we need you.
