Numbers are not answers. BIQADX Intelligence is the edge-native clinical knowledge engine that transforms multi-modal sensor signals into structured, explainable, actionable diagnostic outputs — running locally on the device, offline-first, so intelligence is available wherever the patient is.
Edge-native architecture
BIQADX Intelligence is the same foundational logic that operates within the platform dashboards.
Every analytic layer — from raw optical signal processing to final HL7/FHIR result packaging — runs through one unified intelligence stack, so all data structures within the network speak the same language. Edge-deployed neural inference, INT8-quantised, running locally.
The intelligence gap
The conventional diagnostic model concentrates analytical intelligence in centralised laboratories — large instruments, trained pathologists, reliable connectivity, institutional IT systems. When the sample reaches that intelligence, the system works. But for the majority of the world's patients, the sample never gets there.
Edge intelligence reverses this. Instead of moving the sample to the intelligence, we move the intelligence to the sample. On-device neural inference, quantised for low-power deployment, interprets multi-modal signals locally — at the point of care, without a network connection, without cloud dependency.
This is not a simplification of what a laboratory does. It is a different architecture for delivering clinical confidence without requiring the infrastructure that most of the world does not have.
Four core operational modes
Access structured diagnostic knowledge — from microbiology workflow standards to haematology measurement physics and electrochemical sensor calibration. The engine cross-references established clinical guidelines (CLSI, ISO 15189, WHO recommendations) to provide contextualised, accurate information at the point of care.
Describe your clinical challenge — the conditions you need to test for, throughput requirements, and environmental constraints — and the intelligence layer maps your context against the BIQADX hardware portfolio to identify the platform configuration best suited to your setting.
Visualise the complete diagnostic workflow from sample collection through cartridge loading, fluidic processing, signal acquisition, quality gating, and result delivery — identifying where delays occur, where errors are likeliest, and where the workflow can be tightened.
Retrieve the scientific foundations behind each analytical method — connecting the theory to the practice, and the practice to the patient outcome. Designed to support the clinical affairs, engineering, and research teams that work with the platform.
Response architecture
Zero-Trust LIMS node
The BIQADX LIMS node is an edge-first, zero-trust computing layer — managing automated lot verification, real-time QC flagging, and calibration-drift detection locally on the device, without any network call to external servers.
Structured HL7/FHIR R4 results are pushed directly to your EHR via a secured local API endpoint — an architecture aligned with ISO 13485 quality requirements and the EU IVDR 2017/746 digital-health provisions.
