Privacy Architecture & Data Policy
Governing principles for data isolation during the BiQadx R&D and Phase 1 Pilot deployment window.
1. Executive Summary
BiQadx is actively engineering a next-generation diagnostic ecosystem consisting of hardware, consumables, and digital LIMS modules. As our current systems reside in the Prototype and Pilot stages, strict data governance protocols are in place. This policy outlines how contact information and mock engineering telemetry are managed.
CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING PHIWe do not solicit, accept, or store Protected Health Information (PHI). If you transmit PHI to BiQadx systems or personnel, it will be immediately purged in accordance with our Zero-Trust purge protocols.
2. Telemetry and Usage Data
For users interacting with the BiQadx public web portal, we collect minimal operational telemetry aimed exclusively at improving digital module architecture. This includes:
- Non-identifiable session duration and routing maps.
- Browser architecture metadata to ensure LIMS module compatibility.
- Error logging traces stripped of personal identifiers.
3. Business Interaction and Intake
Information submitted through the "Engineering Connect" or Business Intake portals is classified as B2B communication. This data (Names, Titles, Corporate Emails) is securely routed to the relevant technical architecture or partnerships team and encrypted at rest utilizing AES-256 standards.
4. Retention and Architecture Decommissioning
Data retention aligns with our agile hardware sprint cycles. Intake data not leading to active development partnerships or pilot site engagements will be scrubbed during our bi-annual LIMS architecture audits.
