A long-horizon research architecture concept exploring integrated preventive health intelligence — connecting continuous monitoring, home diagnostics, community health, and AI-driven health insight — designed to shift healthcare from reactive treatment to proactive prevention.
The problem we are addressing
India's healthcare system is designed around acute illness response. A patient presents with symptoms, receives care, and (if fortunate) recovers. The system has no continuous engagement with the health of people who are not yet sick — no systematic tracking of the metabolic and physiological drift that precedes the chronic disease events that kill most people.
This is not a resource limitation — wealthier populations in India are dying of the same preventable NCDs. It is a system design limitation: there is no platform for continuous, intelligent health monitoring connected to timely, accessible diagnostic confirmation and actionable guidance.
Our research approach
Sentinel Watch — a concept-stage wearable for continuous physiological signal monitoring and AI-assisted health drift detection.
HELIX ONE Home — a concept-stage home diagnostic unit for periodic comprehensive biochemical health monitoring from a fingerprick sample.
JIVAXA Station — the community health hub providing confirmatory diagnostic capability at primary care level.
SARVAM Cloud — a concept-stage AI health intelligence platform synthesising data from all three physical touchpoints into longitudinal health insight, anomaly alerts, and population health intelligence.
The architecture's power lies in combination. Each layer compounds the value of the others — a detected anomaly leads to a confirmatory measurement, then to clinical-grade confirmation, then to synthesised guidance.
What it's for
SARVAM Cloud is the secure intelligence layer that turns individual results into insight at scale — connecting the wrist, the home, and the clinic to the health systems that serve whole populations.
Intended deployment
SARVAM Cloud is the intelligence layer intended to help many decentralised diagnostic nodes become one organised clinical network.
A single test is useful; a structured history is more useful. SARVAM Cloud is designed to connect point-of-care answers into a patient-centred timeline.
When edge results are structured and secure, local diagnostic events can aggregate into outbreak visibility, resource planning, and population-level insight.
Why it matters
Secure by design, from the edge of care onward.
See the health of a community, not just a patient.
Privacy and integrity built in, not bolted on.
Designed to fit the institutions that carry care.
From one answer to a nation’s health.
Questions
It is designed to turn results into secure insight at scale — framed at a high level here, without revealing the underlying mechanism.
Built for health systems and population health, and for the wider mission of reaching communities beyond centralised healthcare.
BIQADX is at a pre-clinical, prototype stage — SARVAM Cloud is not currently available for commercial sale. We welcome partnership and pilot conversations.
